Traveling to The Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Centre

The Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Centre is a home not just for the giant pandas but for fascinating red panda too. Because there is about 1000 giant pandas only, visitors from around the world come to see such wonderful creatures. The Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Center is a place which try to imitate the natural habitat of pandas and help them with breeding and survival. This reservation is a home of South China tiger, already mentioned red panda, black-necked cranes, white storks, the golden monkey and 20 other species of rare animals. The Research Center covers an area of 92 acres. The Giant Panda Museum, which was opened in 1993, helps with education and awareness about this wonderful creatures.
