A cauliflower mash is an excellent alternative to mashed potato. Cauliflower is a great a healthy vegetable in comparison to potatoes which contains too much starch. What is for this recipe needed? Here are the ingredients – 1 head of cauliflower, butter, onion, Himalayan salt or sea salt, black or green pepper.
We steam cauliflower until tender. We put steamed cauliflower and other ingredient into food processor and mix everything together. We can serve with cutted carrots, other vegetables, meat or just alone.
