Now this is really pathetic, I had a heart bypass and seriously this is not joke having open chest and putting someone name on it to show how much you love..absurd!!! I think this is really stupid as if someone has to prove love than action speaks the language not getting your chest ripped apart and get your heart tattooed who may not be yours later..loll..and you stand out like a freak show.

ok, it takes a true peice of work to come up with an idea like this,. this is rediculous and anyone who does this is stupid. its not cute, its not romantic,it is stupid and so are you,.
