Aren’t they supposed to be pumping out some of the smartest people on the planet? Obviously none of them are becoming traffic engineers.

Well, maybe it’s because they’re pumping them out, and none are staying there, wonder why? From what I’ve seen and heard Chinas infrastructure is totally fucked up. This seems to be another pretty good example of that. A lot of great history of construction, arts, innovation, and thought in China, but not so much in the present apparently, damn I’m glad i don’t live there.
